Responsibilities

Loyyal is hiring a Marketing Lead to craft and deliver exceptional content to our current and future customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong writing background. You’re a jack-or-jill-of-all-trades who’s excited by the challenge of overseeing all related functions, including Communications and PR. You’re driven to craft inspiring narratives around our product, intellectual property, innovations, partners, clients, challenges, and successes.

  • Own the editorial calendar and work on all types of content, including thought leadership, blog posts, press releases, email marketing, guides, use-case-driven tutorials, articles, social content, and sales enablement materials.
  • Serve as the first line of editorial oversight in Loyyal’s content, ensuring quality and consistency of brand voice across any and all published content
  • Become an expert in understanding the product/project and related specifics on the documentation requirements .
  • Converse with outside agencies and other writers to collaboratively form publications together. Network and maintain industry relationships outside of Loyyal.
  • Develop communication strategies and creative storytelling across tech, industry, and business press
  • Drive the development and execution of PR strategy and initiatives, including media inquiries, interview requests, and additional opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing and implementing Marketing/Communication strategies at high-growth companies
  • Demonstrated passion for and in-depth knowledge of the blockchain space
  • You comprehend and translate complex technical jargon/topics into conversational English and possess a strong command of grammar, spelling, attention to detail, and style.
  • You have the ability to work independently, get tasks done quickly and effectively, and can succeed with little supervision. If you have proven self-edit experience, or have written extensively for industry news style publications, all the better.
  • You excel at interpersonal communication and active listening. You are an avid collaborator that can take an idea and flesh it out.
  • You have a taste for learning and teaching, which make tutorials you write natural and comprehensive.
  • Prior experience working closely with developers or a tech team is a plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external PR partners
  • Prior experience with at least one CMS, email marketing, and blog platform
  • A cross-functional mindset and experience collaborating across departments
